The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page one, line one, by striking out the section designation “§9-5-26” and inserting in lieu thereof the section designation “§9-5-25”;

On page one, line one, by striking out the word “shall” and inserting in lieu thereof the word, “may”;

On page one, line 11, by striking out the word “If” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “When”;

And,

            On page one, by striking out the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            “That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §9-5-25, to read as follows:”
